Regal Manuka Smoked Salmon Soft Tacos
Ingredients
Tacos:
- 8 mini tortillas
- smoked paprika
- 2 avocados, sliced, to serve
- 200g Regal Manuka Smoked Salmon
Jalapeño Cream:
- 1 cup Lewis Road Creamery Sour Cream
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 whole jalapeño, diced
- 3 tbps coriander, chopped
To serve:
- avocados
- salt
Method
Preheat oven to 200° C. To make the cream, combine sour cream, lime juice, jalapeño, coriander and salt in a bowl.
Warm tortillas according to package directions. Place salmon in a warmed tortilla and top with jalapeño cream. Serve with avocados and dust Jalapeño cream with smoked paprika.
