Regal King Salmon Bagels
- 4 x 100g packs of Regal New Zealand King Salmon Cold Smoked Slices
- 4 fresh Bagels
- 250g cream cheese
- Red onion
- Dill and lemon juice
Slice the bagel through the middle horizontally. Toast under a hot grill or in a toaster for two minutes, until just browned.
Spread the bottom half with plenty of cream cheese.
Fold the Regal Salmon slices on top of the cheese and season with black pepper.
Serve with other toppings: red onions, capers and dill. Squeeze over a little lemon and serve immediately.
