Regal Double Manuka Salmon Soft Tacos

  • 200g Regal Double Manuka Wood Roasted Salmon
  • 8 mini tortillas
  • smoked paprika
  • 2 avocados, sliced, to serve

Jalapeño Cream:
  • 1 cup Lewis Road Creamery Sour Cream
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 whole jalapeño, diced
  • 3 tbps coriander, chopped

To serve:
  • avocados
  • salt


Preheat oven to 200° C. To make the cream, combine sour cream, lime juice, jalapeño, coriander and salt in a bowl.

Place salmon in oven proof dish and cover with foil and place in oven for 10 minutes. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Place salmon in a warmed tortilla and top with jalapeño cream. Serve with avocados and dust Jalapeño cream with smoked paprika.
