Method

Arrange Regal Wood Roasted Salmon and Regal Cold Smoked Salmon slices on your favourite platter board.

Cut brie and gouda cheeses into slices or wedges, and prepare your cucumber and lemon slices. Cut radishes and strawberries into bite-sized pieces. 

Dish out dips into dipping bowls and arrange crackers, fruit, and other accompaniments on platter to serve.
