Our Regal Wood Roasted Salmon range is slowly roasted over aromatic wood, either au natural or with a subtle flavouring. Our Regal Wood Roasted Salmon has a fragrant fusion of smoky aromas and sea salt, with a luxuriously buttery taste. The golden exterior of the salmon flakes easily to reveal a soft orange-pink hue that characterises the rustic nature of this product. Regal Wood Roasted Salmon is a delight to eat hot or cold, on its own or in pasta or salad dishes.

Simply cook in the tray. No mess. No Fuss. Regal Oven Ready is a new meal sensation that allows you to enjoy fresh salmon, without the fuss or the mess. Inside, you’ll find two delicious pieces of boneless Regal King salmon and a packet of glaze. All you need to do is drizzle on the glaze, pop the whole tray in the oven or on the BBQ. It’s simple. If cooking in the oven, simply heat the oven to 180°C, remove the plastic film, drizzle on the sauce and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
