Regal King Salmon & Avocado Sandwich

  • 200g Regal Marlborough King Salmon Wood Roasted, (any flavour)
  • 12 slices of your favourite grainy brown bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Handful cos lettuce leaves
  • 4 tbsp relish
  • Salad dressing, aioli or mayonnaise or whatever you prefer


Remove Regal Salmon from fridge and rest at room temperature for 5 minutes. 

Lightly toast bread, layer the lettuce, relish and avocado. Break the Regal Salmon into small chunks and place on top of sliced avocado and lettuce. Drizzle dressing over generously. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Repeat with another layer if you’re feeling hungry!
