Regal Hot Smoked Salmon Winter Indulgence Platter
- 100g Regal Hot Smoked Salmon
- 1 pear, Bosc
- 1 bunch black grapes
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 creamy blue cheese
- 1 Cumin Gouda
- 1 Double Cream Brie
- 1 fig
- 2 different flavoured seeded crackers
- mixed olives
- pistachio nuts
Platters are made for convenience and variety, however there is also a visual aspect to them that isn't hard to master.
Begin by the cutting the cheese in three different ways, visually it's great to have a variety of textures, shapes and colours on platters.
Place the biggest ingredients like the cheese and salmon on the platter board, this way you can arrange the smaller ingredients around them - it's important not to have everything looking too neat and perfect.
Spread the honey, walnuts and pomegranate across the brie cheese. Arrange the crackers, honeycomb, nuts, pear and anything else you fancy around the cheeses and smoked salmon. Enjoy!
