  • 1 x 200g Pack Regal Manuka Smoked Salmon
  • 250g raspberries, stalks removed
  • 150g creamy blue cheese, cut into thin slices
  • 2-3 lime or lemon, juice or wedges


Cut each piece of Regal Manuka Smoked Salmon pieces in half lengthways.

Wrap each piece around one raspberry and a small piece of blue cheese, secure with toothpick.

Serve arranged on a platter with lime wedges and cocktails.
