Regal Smoked Salmon, Raspberry & Blue Cheese Canapés
Ingredients
- 1 x 200g Pack Regal Manuka Smoked Salmon
- 250g raspberries, stalks removed
- 150g creamy blue cheese, cut into thin slices
- 2-3 lime or lemon, juice or wedges
Method
Cut each piece of Regal Manuka Smoked Salmon pieces in half lengthways.
Wrap each piece around one raspberry and a small piece of blue cheese, secure with toothpick.
Serve arranged on a platter with lime wedges and cocktails.
