Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 tub Regal King Salmon Dip, Classic
  • 1-2 red capsicum, roasted, peeled and cut into strips
  • 3-4 Tbsp pickled jalapeño, rougly chopped
  • 1-2 cups cheese, grated
  • handful coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2-3 limes or lemon
  • 1 pack Regal Salmon Hot Smoked, optional

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the corn chips onto an ovenproof dish.
  2. Using a teaspoon, spoon lumps of the Regal Salmon Dip over the corn chips. Top with strips of capsicum, pickled jalapenos and hot smoked salmon. Lastly, sprinkle with a liberal amount of grated cheese.
  3. Place in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has thoroughly melted.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander, then serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing. Serve now!
